New Champa Boutique Hotel, Vientiane

The hotel offers a decent space for a short stay, with a great location near night markets and eateries. The room I stayed in was clean, though the bed was harder than I prefer. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was not appealing, with murky water and broken chairs. If you're looking for a budget option for a night or two, it might suffice, but don't expect much from the facilities.
